To prepare fried blue whiting, we take the following ingredients: two carcasses of the whiting fish itself, two large spoons of mayonnaise, half a small spoon of ground pepper (black), four large spoons of wheat flour, a little salt.

Season the resulting salad with mayonnaise and a small amount of lemon juice. To prepare stewed whiting fish, we need the following ingredients: one kilogram of fresh frozen whiting fish, two medium-sized carrots, two medium-sized onions, three red tomatoes, half a glass of water, fifty grams of light mayonnaise, a little salt, spices and vegetable oil.

Now we will tell you about the preparation of stewed blue whiting fish. Cut the pre-cleaned and gutted fish into small pieces, place the pieces of fish in a fairly deep frying pan greased with vegetable oil. And now we’ll tell you about the preparation of blue whiting fish soup; it is also sometimes called royal fish soup. So, fill the dried mushrooms with cold water. This fish is not particularly popular on our table, but in vain. Its meat is tasty, has no unpleasant smell, and the price is the lowest. At least I managed to buy an 800 gram package at the Magnit store for 50 rubles.

This is not the first time I buy and cook blue whiting; my family likes it best fried in mayonnaise.

Of course, this fish is often sold uneviscerated, so there will be a lot of waste. If you have a large family, it is better to take two packages at once. My children are big eaters, so we only have one for dinner.

I make sure to remove all the fins, they come out very easily, you just have to pull them forcefully against the growth. After frying, the small bones are not felt at all and the fish is very convenient to eat - only the spinal bone remains.

Prepare the fish and dry it a little, no need to add salt. On a plate, mix flour with salt and pepper. Don’t be afraid to add more salt, some of it will still go into the oil. I just ran out of pepper and sprinkled some khmeli-suneli. Pour mayonnaise into another plate; if it is thick, you can dilute it a little with water, but I didn’t dilute it.

Each fish must first be immersed in mayonnaise and then rolled in flour with salt and spices. Place in hot oil and fry on each side until done.
