You noticed that when talking about smoked sausage, we deliberately do not name any special variety, because some of us love half-smoked or boiled-smoked sausage, and others, for example, salami. The salads also taste different, although all the other ingredients seem to be the same! Do you want to get real pleasure from your prepared salad? Choose a naturally smoked product. It is, of course, more expensive, but it is safer for health.

Salad “Favorite”

Ingredients:
200 g smoked sausage,
1-2 cucumbers (if the cucumber is long-fruited, then 1),
½ head of Chinese cabbage,
1 can of canned corn,
fresh herbs and mayonnaise - to taste.

Preparation:
Finely chop the cabbage, add a little salt and lightly rub it with salt. Cut the sausage and cucumber into thin strips. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add half a jar of canned corn (drain the juice from the jar first). Mix the ingredients and season the prepared salad with mayonnaise. Garnish with herbs or add finely chopped herbs to mayonnaise, and then dress the salad with it. This option is also acceptable.

Salad "Trio"
A very tasty, quick and affordable salad containing only three main ingredients, the quantity of which depends entirely on your desire. So, smoked sausage + white cabbage + greens. For dressing - sour cream. Salt, ground black pepper - to taste and desire. At your discretion (straws, pieces or cubes), cut the cabbage and sausage. Chop the greens. Mix the ingredients, salt, pepper and season with sour cream.

Salad "Mosaic"

Ingredients:
150-200 g smoked sausage,
1 can of canned red beans,
2 small boiled potatoes,
1 boiled carrot,
1 white onion (you can use green onions)
2 small pickled cucumbers,
2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.

Preparation:
Cut all the ingredients into cubes, combine them in a deep salad bowl, mix and season with mayonnaise. You can use white beans to prepare the salad; it’s just that the red ones in your salad will look much more impressive. And the appearance of the dish also plays an important role, wouldn’t you agree?

Salad "Khrustik"

Ingredients:
200 g smoked sausage,
2-3 boiled eggs,
1 fresh cucumber,
1 bag of crackers,
100 g cheese,
fresh herbs - to taste,
vegetable oil or mayonnaise - optional.

Preparation:
Cut the cucumber and eggs into equal cubes, cut the sausage and cheese into thin strips, and chop the greens. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with oil or mayonnaise. If there is not enough salt, add to taste.

Salad with salami and pickled mushrooms

Ingredients:
200-250 g salami,
100 g pickled mushrooms (it’s better if they are whole and small),
2-3 boiled eggs,
2 tomatoes
1 sweet pepper,
green onions,
mayonnaise.

Preparation:
Cut salami and eggs into cubes, tomatoes and seeded bell peppers into small pieces, and onions into rings. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add pickled mushrooms and season with mayonnaise.

As you can see, salads with smoked sausage, although simple to prepare, are very tasty! So cook them for yourself and your loved ones for pleasure not only on weekdays, but also on holidays.
