Cool the pre-cooked rice and add the rice to the bowl with the crab sticks.

Peel fresh cucumbers; you don’t have to do this, if you wish. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and add to the salad. Peel chicken eggs and cut into small cubes. Add chopped eggs to all ingredients.

Uncork a jar of candy corn and add the corn to the salad.

Rinse the Chinese cabbage, remove the top leaves and discard. Cut the cabbage into strips. Add Chinese cabbage to the salad.

Option 2: Quick recipe for crab salad with Chinese cabbage and cheese

When you need to make a crab salad with Chinese cabbage quickly, you should pay attention to this option. It will take no more than a quarter of an hour to create the dish.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks;
  • Chinese cabbage;
  • sweet corn;
  • dense cheese;
  • small crackers;
  • salt;
  • a little mayonnaise.

How to quickly prepare a salad with crab sticks and Chinese cabbage

Separate the head of cabbage, wash the leaves in running water, carefully shake off any droplets of moisture and dry the greens with a towel.

We cut the Peking leaves into thin strips and put them in a salad bowl, and add the chopped sticks there.

We turn a piece of cheese into shavings using a grater or chop it into small cubes and throw it into the salad, then add crackers, corn kernels, salt the mixture and season with mayonnaise.

You should add sauce and croutons to the crab salad with Chinese cabbage before serving, otherwise the latter will quickly become soggy, which will thoroughly spoil the taste of the dish.

Option 3: Light crab salad with Chinese cabbage

In the summer, you can prepare crab salad with Chinese cabbage, adding fresh vegetables and herbs to the main ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks;
  • Chinese cabbage;
  • fresh cucumbers;
  • several strong tomatoes;
  • bunch of basil;
  • a handful of olives;
  • salt;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • olive oil.

How to cook

Wash the vegetables and sprigs of herbs and leave to dry, after wiping off any excess moisture with a towel. Before adding to the salad, the ingredients must be completely dry, so you should wash them in advance.

Chop the crab sticks with a sharp knife or grater and place them in a deep bowl.

We chop the “Beijing” into strips, cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into slices, finely chop the basil sprigs, and then put the slices on the chopsticks.

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add the same amount of olive oil and carefully mix the mixture until smooth.

Pour olives into the salad, pour in lemon-butter sauce, add salt and stir, trying not to crush the tomato slices, otherwise they will release a lot of juice and the dish will become “watery”.

When preparing crab salad with Chinese cabbage according to this recipe, you need to expect that it will be eaten immediately. It is not recommended to store it in the refrigerator, as chopped tomatoes will quickly leak.

Option 4: Salad with crab sticks, bell pepper, Chinese and red cabbage

This salad with crab sticks and Chinese cabbage is also low-calorie, and its preparation will take very little time from the hostess.

Will be needed:

  • crab sticks;

  • carrot;
  • green onion;
  • sweet corn;
  • salt;
  • lemon juice;
  • vegetable oil for salads or mayonnaise.

How to cook

We wash the red cabbage under the tap, cut into thin strips, then add salt, pour in lemon juice and mix with your hands, squeezing thoroughly. Then the slices will need to be allowed to stand for a while and soak.

Rinse the vegetables and herbs under the tap and leave to dry until the moisture evaporates.

Chop the crab sticks into thin strips and place them in a salad bowl, along with the canned corn strained from the sweet juice.

We cut the bell pepper into thin half rings, chop the carrots on a grater, chop the Peking pepper into strips, and then send the components to the chopped sticks and corn kernels.

Add red cabbage soaked in lemon juice to the mixture, salt the dish, add vegetable oil for salads or light mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

It is acceptable to replace sweet corn with fresh or canned green peas or beans in their own juice. Some housewives add the last component boiled.

Option 5: Crab salad with Chinese cabbage, smoked chicken and mushrooms

Lovers of nutritious dishes will definitely enjoy the hearty crab salad with Chinese cabbage, smoked chicken and canned mushrooms.

  • some rice grains;
  • Chinese cabbage;
  • 2-3 eggs;
  • marinated mushrooms;
  • green or onion;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise.

How to cook

We sort out the rice grains, wash them and set them to cook, and when they are ready, pour cold water over them and leave them to drain in a colander.

Place chicken eggs in a saucepan, add water, add a couple of tablespoons of coarse salt so that they are better cleaned, and boil, then cool and remove the shells.

Strain the pickled mushrooms from the juice. If their taste seems too strong, you can pre-rinse the “forest meat”.

We disassemble the Chinese cabbage into leaves, wash and dry with a towel, then rinse the green or onions under water.

Let's start cutting the components. Shred Chinese cabbage, crab sticks, eggs, onions, separate smoked or boiled chicken into fibers and place in a salad bowl.

Add rice grains and mushrooms strained from the marinade to the mixture, add some salt, season with sauce and carefully knead. Serve the salad immediately after adding salt and mayonnaise.

The advantage of crab sticks and Peking is that they can be combined with a huge number of products and you can come up with many salad options based on them. • pack of crab sticks, 250 g,
  • can of corn, 400 g,
  • two eggs,
  • one large cucumber or two medium ones,
  • Chinese cabbage,
  • green onion,
  • greenery,
  • mayonnaise

How to prepare a salad with crab sticks, Chinese cabbage and cucumber

Let the eggs boil. To do this, they need to be immersed in cold water and after boiling, boil for 7-8 minutes. They will turn out hard-boiled, just what you need for the salad. To prevent the shell from cracking, you can add a teaspoon of salt to the water during cooking. While the eggs are boiling, cut the cucumber into cubes.

Place boiled eggs in cold water to make it easier to remove the shell. Wait until they cool down and cut them into cubes too.

Open a can of canned corn. If possible, it is better to buy corn in a glass jar. This makes it easier to see what quality it is. Good quality corn should be uniform in color and free of spots and other defects. Mix corn with eggs and cucumber.

Remove the crab sticks from the film. It is better to buy crab sticks not frozen, but chilled. You should choose them especially carefully, because the taste of the entire dish often depends on them. Cut them into cubes.

Wash the leeks. You will only need the white part. This onion is more tender than regular onions and perfectly complements the taste of the salad. Cut it into rings.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.

Then greens and green onions. And mix all the ingredients.

Season the salad with mayonnaise to taste, add salt if the salt in mayonnaise is not enough for you. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.

If you love delicious salads, admit it! I am sure that all without exception. Housewives usually do not like to prepare complex dishes that contain many ingredients that require some additional processing. The same applies to salads, even very tasty ones. Usually preference is given to cooking even. But I have a wonderful recipe for you for a salad with tomatoes, crab sticks, Chinese cabbage and cheese. It’s easy to prepare, it also takes very little time, and it turns out so wonderful that, as a rule, everyone always asks for more. And it’s all about the right ingredients: tender crab sticks go well with the freshness of Chinese cabbage, and cheese and tomatoes in the background do an excellent job with their role as secondary characters. Well, I won’t say much - try it, you’ll understand and appreciate everything yourself!

Ingredients:
- 100-150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 70 g crab sticks;
- 1 medium sized tomato;
- 70 g hard cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. with a heap of canned corn;
- dill, parsley;
- 1.5 – 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.

Recipe with photos step by step:

Chinese cabbage is the queen of its kind. Honestly, of all the types of cabbage I know, it is the most delicious and is just perfect for salads. It is neither hard nor too soft, not harsh, but not bland either - everything about it is balanced and perfect. Therefore, for salads, I try to use it as a green component that adds pleasant freshness to the overall mass. Cut Chinese cabbage into small pieces.

The next ingredient for our salad is crab sticks. We remove the packaging from them and cut them into small cubes. The crab sticks must be defrosted.

Wash the tomato and cut into small cubes. Choose tomatoes that are not too soft so that they do not release a lot of juice when slicing.

We need the most ordinary hard cheese - “Russian”, “Dutch”, “Poshekhonsky”... That is, it is desirable that it be without any too dominant taste or smell. If you like soft cheeses, you can use them, for example, mozzarella goes very well here. But blue cheese is not at all suitable for this recipe. Cut hard cheese into small cubes.

Wash the dill and parsley and dry. And then, once dry, cut them into smaller pieces. Basically, you can use any greens you like - basil, green onions, etc. Just don't go overboard with the quantity if your herbs are too aromatic.

We have prepared all the ingredients, now we can mix them. Place Chinese cabbage, crab sticks, tomato, hard cheese and herbs in a large salad bowl or deep plate. Don't forget about canned corn - you don't need to cut it or grate it, you just need to take it out of the can.

Add mayonnaise there. The ideal option, of course, is homemade mayonnaise, but if you don’t have it and don’t have time to cook, then, of course, we use store-bought mayonnaise.

Mix all the ingredients so that the mayonnaise is evenly distributed among them.

That's all, all that remains is to transfer the salad into the container in which you will serve it. Bon appetit!

  2. Finely chop the dill.
  3. Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
  4. We put everything together in a convenient container and flavor it with mayonnaise or whatever you chose as a dressing. Don't forget to sprinkle with salt and any pepper or other seasonings - as you like.

Salad "Nadezhda"

You can prepare a lot of salads with Chinese cabbage - from Caesar, Greek and ending with a dish with crab sticks, which we talked about a lot today. But what else can be done if everything has been tried, but the cabbage still won’t run out? After all, sellers prefer not to cut Peking cabbage, but to sell it in large heads...

If you add good cheese to the traditional composition (cabbage, sticks and cucumber), you will get a nutritious, fresh and tender Nadezhda salad. However, both hard and brine cheese are suitable.

The cheese is cut into cubes, everything else is optional, you can also cut it into strips.

Required:

  • half a head of cabbage;
  • 300 g crab sticks;
  • a couple of cucumbers;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • a can of corn, and for dressing salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Everything is folded and mixed with mayonnaise. Could anything be simpler?

A salad with crab sticks has not surprised anyone for a long time. But there are still recipes that conquer the hearts and stomachs of even those who previously treated the main ingredient of this dish with some disdain. This recipe is just one of them! Rest assured, absolutely everyone will like this crab salad with Chinese cabbage, garlic, Korean carrots and croutons, and it can be safely served even on a holiday table.

Crab salad with Chinese cabbage without rice

step by step photo recipe

Choose only a trusted manufacturer, because if the crab sticks themselves are tasteless and dry, this will significantly worsen the taste of the finished salad.

Peking cabbage does not need to be washed. Simply remove the top leaves and chop the head of cabbage, just a few centimeters from the base of the leaves. As a rule, the base of cabbage is very hard and has a specific, not very pleasant, taste.
Before shredding cabbage, you can cut the head of cabbage lengthwise to make sure that there are no rotten leaves (Peking cabbage very often begins to rot from the inside, while remaining quite attractive and appetizing in appearance).

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks – 200 gr.,
  • mayonnaise – ½ pack,
  • white crackers - 1 package,
  • hard cheese – 100 gr.,
  • Korean carrots – 70 gr.,
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 medium head,
  • garlic 1-2 cloves,
  • dill - to taste.

Cooking process:

We cut Chinese cabbage.

Slice the chilled crab sticks slightly diagonally.

Squeeze out excess liquid from the Korean-style carrots so that the salad does not “float” in the future and cut into smaller pieces with a sharp knife.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. To make this more convenient, put a piece of cheese in the freezer for about twenty minutes, and when grating, move only in one direction - from top to bottom. This way the cheese will be grated and not spread on the grater.

Pass one or two cloves of garlic (depending on the spiciness of your Korean carrots and personal preferences) through a press or finely chop – whichever is more convenient for you.

Rinse the greens under a cold water tap, pat dry with a cotton or paper towel and finely chop.

Add mayonnaise. It is better to choose one whose fat content is above 60%.

Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator to brew for at least half an hour.

A few minutes before serving, add croutons to the salad and mix all ingredients well. The crackers should soften a little, but not become soggy. Leave a few for decoration.

Serve the salad in portions, garnished with herbs. Place a few crackers on top.
