Prepare a kefir cake in a slow cooker recipe. Cupcake with fermented baked milk in a slow cooker

Ryazhenka is a healthy fermented milk product that can be used not only for drinking. A ryazhenka pie in a slow cooker turns out fluffy, juicy and very tasty. This dessert will appeal to both adults and children. It is very easy to prepare and the results are always excellent.

Pie "Berry"

Use dried fruits, fresh fruits or berries to add flavor and uniqueness to the pie. Each housewife will create her own unique baked goods.

Products

  • Glass of fermented baked milk
  • Glass of sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 large chicken eggs
  • 3 large spoons of unscented vegetable oil
  • tablespoon baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of vanilla
  • berries and nuts to taste

In summer you can use berries directly from the garden, in winter - frozen. But they must first be defrosted and removed from excess moisture. Pour boiling water over dried fruits and place in a colander to drain. Then sprinkle with flour so that they do not settle to the bottom during baking. The nuts need to be roasted in a frying pan or in the oven.

Preparation

  1. Break the eggs into a ceramic or glass container, add sugar and beat until white fluffy foam.
  2. Add fermented baked milk and baking powder, stir to start the reaction.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil, add vanilla and mix again.
  4. Gradually add flour and continue beating with the mixer at low speed. The consistency should be uniform.
  5. If you want to add dried fruits or nuts, add them at this stage.
  6. In the multicooker, set the “Baking” mode for 50-60 minutes, put the dough in a pre-greased bowl and pour out the dough.
  7. Place the berries on top and lightly submerge them into the mixture.
  8. Close the lid and bake until the beep sounds, never opening it so that the baked goods do not “settle.”

As soon as the process is finished, open the multicooker and let the cake cool slightly. Using a steamer rack, remove the finished dessert and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint. You can pour chocolate fudge or chocolate melted in a water bath.

The baked goods turn out juicy, tender and very fluffy.

Cupcake "Sugar"

This pastry is good as a base for a cake. The finished pie needs to be cut into cake layers and coated with cream or jam. And pour the same cream or chocolate confiture on top.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs;
  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • a glass of fermented baked milk;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • two glasses of premium wheat flour;
  • a small spoon with a heap of baking powder;
  • salt on the tip of a knife.

And you can make your own adjustments to this recipe in the form of chopped nuts or raisins.

Preparation

The finished baked goods are sprinkled with powdered sugar and served to the table. Morning coffee or evening tea accompanied by this will be a good start or end to the day.

If you make this pie on the eve of the weekend, you can treat your family to a more sophisticated dish.

  1. Cut the pie into several layers, spread with jam or sour cream, pour chocolate fudge on top and decorate with fresh berries or fruit slices.
  2. If all your household members are adults and they are already allowed to drink weak alcoholic beverages, prepare a “hoppy” impregnation. Combine a few tablespoons of cognac or rum with the same amount of sugar syrup. Stir well and soak the cakes with this mixture. After this, coat with butter cream.

Pie “Guests on the Doorstep”

Ryazhenka pies cooked in a slow cooker are a quick dessert. If you find out that guests are rushing to see you and there is only an hour left before their arrival, this recipe will become a lifesaver.

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken eggs;
  • a glass of fermented baked milk;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • two glasses of flour;
  • a tablespoon of baking powder.

You can add raisins or dried apricots. If there are no dried fruits, but there is lemon, grate the zest into the dough, being careful not to catch the white skin (because of it, the baked goods may acquire a bitter taste).

Preparation

You need to prepare the dessert with the lid closed and do not open it until the end of the process, otherwise the cake will fall and will not rise to the desired size.

If you add fresh berries to baked goods, you need to increase the cooking time by 10-15 minutes.

Before adding nuts to the dough, be sure to dry them in a frying pan or oven. But it’s better to do this in a slow cooker. To do this, you need to turn on the “Baking” mode for 7-10 minutes, add nuts and, with the lid open, cook until the sound signal. Then leave in the bowl until it cools completely. This way the nuts will not burn and will dry properly.

For today's recipe we use kefir, so it needs to be carefully selected. I definitely advise you to pay attention to the color of the kefir. Good kefir is milky-whitish, with a slight “creamy” tint. If you purchased yellow kefir, you can safely throw it away, as it is spoiled.

High-quality kefir has a certain sourness to its taste. This very sourness should not be excessive or absent at all, as this lets us know about its depravity.

  • Cooking time: 1 hour.
  • Number of servings: 5-6.
  • Kitchen appliances: multicooker, containers for ingredients, mixer.

Pour a glass of water into a ladle or small saucepan and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Place a bowl on the saucepan, into which place the butter, cut into pieces, and melt the butter in a steam bath.

Add sugar to the butter and stir until it is almost completely dissolved. Pour kefir into the mixture and stir.

Using a mixer, beat the eggs.
Beat for 5 to 8 minutes on medium-high speed until the eggs form a ribbon when scooped and drop into the bowl in a continuous ribbon.

Place the flour and baking soda in a sieve and sift into a large bowl with the beaten eggs. Do not pour out all the flour at once: sift in several additions, stirring so that all the flour is well dissolved in the mixture.

Add the kefir-sugar-butter mixture and vanilla sugar to the dough. Mix with a spatula until smooth and homogeneous.

Grease a multi-pan with oil and pour the dough into it. Do not fill the pan more than halfway as the dough needs to rise well. I had some extra batter left over which I poured into the muffin tins.

Bake the kefir cake in a slow cooker for 45 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Leave the finished cake in the pan for 30 minutes, then remove it by simply inverting the pan onto a wire rack. Cool it completely.
Serve the cake cold, cutting it into pieces. If desired, you can layer the cake with cream or jam.

Fragrant coffee cake with kefir in a slow cooker

Ingredients

  • Natural ground coffee – 2 tsp. (without slide);
  • Kefir – 1.5 cups;
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • Wheat flour – 2.5 cups;
  • Nutmeg - 1 pinch or to taste;
  • Baking powder – 1 tbsp;
  • Vanillin – 1 pinch;

How to make a delicious homemade kefir cake

  1. First, let's brew coffee for our future cake: cook it in a Turkish coffee pot or in the microwave, pouring 2 teaspoons into a third of a glass of water and letting it warm up well, without bringing it to a boil three times. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the chicken eggs with sugar - it’s easier and faster if you use a mixer, but you can get by with a metal whisk.
  3. Pour the kefir heated to a warm state into a bowl with the beaten eggs, and add slightly heated cream there (the fattier it is, the better for the cake).
  4. Add nutmeg and vanillin for aroma and taste, and then whisk everything again. Strain the cooled coffee and pour it into a bowl.
  5. Mix the flour sifted through a sieve with baking powder, then add handfuls into the bowl with the liquid ingredients and stir until smooth.
  6. Grease the multicooker pan with vegetable oil, then place our dough into it.
  7. Set the “Baking” mode to 1.5 hours and let our cake bake thoroughly.

Let it cool a little, then remove it from the multicooker bowl and serve!

  • For example, you can cut the cake into thick cake layers and coat them with whipped cream, and then melt a bar of milk chocolate in a water bath and pour the cake on top, sprinkling with powdered sugar when the icing has cooled.
  • Little children really love kefir cake with banana - it turns out both tasty and healthy. In this case, the yellow fruit can be added to the dough itself and decorated with it on top of the baked pie, laying it out in circles.
